The RAT (Removal Alert Tag) is a stand-alone alarm system designed for anti-theft protection of a wide range of display items such as cameras, portable PC's, portable CD readers, mobile phones etc.
If attacked or tampered with, the system emits a sharp acoustic alarm, audible in high noise environments, which allows immediate detection of the attempted theft.
The system is self-powered with 10-year batteries and is simple and easy to install as it does not require special adaptations or power supply lines.
